| | | How does the custom option on your wedding dresses work?
When you order a custom size dress you will be sent an email with a list of measurements that are needed. Get a friend to help you do this it's much easier to just stand still and let someone measure you! Follow the diagrams that come with the email and give all the measurements, even those you don't think you'll need (you never know!!!) and most importantly when measuring length wear some shoes that are of a similar height to the ones you'll wear for your wedding, it will make a big difference to length.
Then you email those back to Lisa@Gloriarty.co.uk quoting your invoice number and we give them to the dressmakers to get the best individual fit for you.

| | | How long before my wedding should I order my dress?
You should ideally order your dress 3 months in advance but you can order your dress from us up to 1 month prior to your wedding date.

| | | How accurate are the photos of the jewellery on the site?
We take all the photographs in the best possible light and we try to make sure we get shots from several angles to give you a real feel for the piece , so the pictures are very accurate apart from possible slight colour variations. We also try to give dimensions for all our items to make it easier to picture the size.

| | | I don't have a credit card or debit card, can I still order from Gloriarty?
Of course you can, we accept postal payments in the form of cheques and postal orders. Check the "Useful Information" page on the site to download and print and order form and to check the postage rates.

| | | Is it true you do jewellery and accessory parties?
Yes we do, but at present we only cover the immediate Hertfordshire area where we are based. We hope to expand our party coverage with time. If you're interested in having a jewellery party please contact us.

| | | Can I return an Item if I don't like it?
Yes you can return some items, earrings and custom made gowns are excluded from returns, in the case of earrings for hygiene reasons and in the case of gowns because they have been made specifically for the client. Other items may be returned at your own costs, as long as they are still in the condition that they were sent out in with all the original packaging. Costs will be refunded minus the costs of postage and packaging.
